How are payments confirmed?
Every payment is confirmed in writing by our accounts team against a numbered invoice. Always quote your invoice and booking reference.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due before travel; exact terms and any peak-season or charter deposit schedules are stated on each quotation.
Is card payment available?
Yes — secure card payment is available alongside bank transfer; card-processing fees, where they apply, are shown on the invoice.
